Brazilian Passion Fruit Caipirinha


3 limes, wedges





1 whole passion fruit (just the pulp)

4 ts of brown sugar

2oz of cachaça (brazilian distilled) or Vodka

A handful of ice

In a shaker add the limes, the sugar and the cachaca or vodka, muddler all together. Add the passion fruit pulp and shake it for at least 10 second. Pour in a glass and garnish with a lime wedge or mint leaves. Enjoy!

Cucumber Mint Gin Coolers

Serves 3 






6 ounces gin


1 cup cucumber cut into chunks, plus a few thinly sliced for garnish

12 mint leaves plus more for garnish

2 tablespoons sugar (or beet sugar)

¼ cup fresh lemon juice

Chilled Club soda to cap







In the jar of a blender, combine the cucumber chunks, the mint leaves, sugar and lemon juice. Puree until you have a smooth mixture.

Fill two glasses with ice. Add 2 ounces of gin to each glass and the thinly sliced cucumbers. Fill the glasses to 2/3rds full with the cucumber mixture. Top with club soda and stir well.

Garnish with fresh mint.

Spicy Honey and Grapefruit Margarita

Serves 1

























3 small slices of jalapeno

1 shot of Honey + cayenne simple syrup (equal amounts of honey, water and cayenne stirred together on heat, let it cool down before mixing in)

3 shots of Grapefruit juice, fresh

1 shot Cointreau

1 shot Tequila

Optional - Margarita salt mixed with a tad of cayenne to salt rim

Add all ingredients to a shaker, if you would like, muddler the jalapenos first for extra spice. Shake it all and strain over ice and garnish with a lime or jalapeno slice.

1 cup grapefruit vodka

2 grapefruits – 1 juiced, 1 sliced for garnish

1 lime, thinly sliced

Handful of strawberries, thinly sliced

5 dashes orange bitters

1/4 cup simple syrup (more if desired)

1 cup soda water, chilled
