BOOKING WITHIN 72HRS OF YOUR EVENT

For bookings within 72hrs (3 days) of your event date please give us a call at (310) 985-3014 or email us at info@platinumbartenders.com to double check availability before placing your booking.. For bookings made within 48hrs (2 days) of your event a last minute booking fee of 20% of the total amount will be applied to your card on file.

BOOKING OUT OF THE LOS ANGELES AREA

We are a Los Angeles based agency, events out of the 15 miles ratio from zip code: 90019, a standard IRS mileage fee will be applied to the form of payment at the cost of $0.53 cents per mile to cover their travel expenses. Event Rentals & Bar Packages exceeding 15 miles ratio from zip code: 90019 will require an additional delivery fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a service is booked and payment has been received, a 25% cancellation fee is effective and will be applied based on the total amount billed when completing the booking form. You are eligible for only 75% of the total amount billed as a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to be issued.

STAFF CHOICE

Choose 3 staff per position in order of preference. For ex; If your event requires 2 bartenders you should select 6 options of your preference.
