BOOKING WITHIN 72hrs OF YOUR EVENT

For bookings within 72hrs (3 days) of your event date please give us a call at (310) 985-3014 or email us at info@platinumbartenders.com so we can check our staff availability and ensure you have someone available. For bookings made within 48hrs (2 days) of your event a last minute booking fee of 20% of the total amount will be applied to your bill and collected by one of our represents.

BOOKING OUT OF THE LOS ANGELES AREA

We are a Los Angeles based agency therefore for events out of the 15 miles radio of 90019, a standard IRS mileage fee will be applied at the cost of $0.53 cents per mile that will fully paid to the staff to cover travel expenses. One of our represents will contact you after booking to collect the travel fee.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Once a service is booked and payment has been received, a 25% cancellation fee is effective and will be applied based on the total amount billed when completing the booking form. You are eligible for only 75% of the total amount billed as a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to be issued. 

For cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date there will be no refunds.

STAFF CHOICE

Choose 3 staff per position in order of preference. For ex; If your event requires 2 bartenders you should select 6 options of your preference.
