BOOKING WITHIN 72hrs OF YOUR EVENT
For bookings within 72hrs (3 days) of your event date please give us a call at (310) 985-3014 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can check our staff availability and ensure you have someone available. For bookings made within 48hrs (2 days) of your event a last minute booking fee of 20% of the total amount will be applied to your bill and collected by one of our represents.
BOOKING OUT OF THE LOS ANGELES AREA
We are a Los Angeles based agency therefore for events out of the 15 miles radio of 90019, a standard IRS mileage fee will be applied at the cost of $0.53 cents per mile that will fully paid to the staff to cover travel expenses. One of our represents will contact you after booking to collect the travel fee.
Once a service is booked and payment has been received, a 25% cancellation fee is effective and will be applied based on the total amount billed when completing the booking form. You are eligible for only 75% of the total amount billed as a refund to the original form of payment. Refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to be issued.
For cancellations made within 72 hours of the event date there will be no refunds.
Choose 3 staff per position in order of preference. For ex; If your event requires 2 bartenders you should select 6 options of your preference.
